delivery & returns

All non-food purchases are sent via Australia Post. These include non-cake hampers. They will be posted as soon as possible after full payment has been received. Sweet and Flour is not responsible for any delays in postage which are caused by Australia Post. Delivery by Australia Post may take from 3-5 days. If you need your items urgently, you should choose the express post option in the checkout.

Delivery costs will be calculated in the check out section, prior to your commitment to buy the product.

Delivery of cakes, cupcakes and biscuits is available in the Shoalhaven and most of the Illawarra areas (as far north as Wollongong).

Unfortunately, at this stage, we are not able to deliver food items outside of these areas.

A minimum order of 24 buttercream icing cupcakes, or 12 fondant icing cupcakes Any amount of Celebration cake of hamper can be delivered. We will do our best to deliver on the date requested, so long as adequate notice is give. We will notify you as soon as possible if this date cannot be met. Delivery is only during standard business hours. There is no delivery on weekends unless special arrangements have been made.

We mail biscuit orders two days prior to the date requested. This is to ensure that the parcel arrives on time. If you require your parcel to be delivered on an actual day, it is best if you request Express Post, during the Checkout.

At Sweet and Flour, we strive to provide you with a product with which you will be completely happy. However, if you have not received what you ordered or there is a problem with your order, and it has occurred through the fault of Sweet and Flour, we will refund you in full. Contact must be made within 7 days of receiving the goods. We do not refund for change of mind.

There is a standard delivery fee of $18.00.

Local pick up is available on request. Either telephone or email to arrange this. A minimum of 12 cupcakes and 24 decorated biscuits must be ordered for local pickup. Any amount of celebration cakes or hampers can be picked up. Local pick up is usually during business hours. You will need to arrange for pick up outside these hours.

If there are any delays with your purchase, Sweet and Flour will contact you as soon as possible and you will have the option of waiting until the order is available, changing your order or cancelling your order.
